Decal - No Solicitors Invited (City of Concord, NC)

This 3" tall by 4" wide decal is unique and follows the City of Concord, North Carolina's 'City Code of Ordinances' for prohibiting solicitation on personal property. 
 
Apply this to the front door entrance area of your home and it is then the duty of the solicitor to ascertain the notice. 
 
At that point, "it is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person to go upon any premises and ring a doorbell upon or near any door, or create any sound in any manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant thereof and engage in soliciting in defiance of the notice exhibited at the residence in accordance with the provisions of section 18-30."
 
Per Sec. 18-32 (b), any solicitor who has gained entrance to any residence, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises when requested to do so by the occupant.
